Will I receive the same product that I ordered?

Yes. If, however, you do receive an incorrect product, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product you have received so we can ship out the correct product to you free of cost. The incorrect product that you receive is yours to keep.

Is the product quality good?

Yes, we guarantee our products’ quality. We encourage our customers to follow our care instructions.

Do you sell B-pair socks?

No. We manufacture all socks ourselves, and don’t sell any quality-rejected B-pair socks on this website or through our network of retailers. Any other website that shows photos of our products is likely carrying counterfeit socks and we recommend against buying from them.

There is a fault with the product. What do I do?

We aim for excellence in quality and customer satisfaction. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defect, so we can ship out a free replacement

Since we ship millions of pairs of socks every year, we can easily distinguish between manufacturing defects and damage due to abrasive wear or incorrect washing, and regret that in such cases, we will not be able to send out free replacements; please follow our care instructions.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our courier partners normally deliver orders within 2-5 business days. Please answer calls from unknown phone numbers, which might be the courier company’s delivery team calling to ensure that you are present at the delivery address. 

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is placed, you will be emailed your order information. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email, and you may log into your account on our web site by clicking on Account in the menu; here, you will be able to see the courier company and the tracking number for your order.

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from SoxLinks to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorize for packages to be delivered without a signature.

How do I return or exchange an item, and will I be refunded the entire amount of my purchase?

How do I make a purchase?

Use the category links in the menu to discover products. Once you have found an item that you love, choose the size, if applicable, and click on the Add to cart button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. You can add or remove items before checking out. Click on Proceed to checkout to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at SoxLinks without creating an account. However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

How do I create an account at SoxLinks?

Click the Account link in the menu, click on Create an account, and fill out the form that you are presented with. Please note that fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to fill out. Once you have created an account, you can log on to the site.

How do I edit my details once I have made my account?

You can edit the details you have provided to us while making the account by clicking on the Account link in the menu. You can change your billing and shipping address, phone number and other important information on the site in a similar way.

Is my personal information kept private?

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

To reset your password, first visit the Account page from the menu, then click on Lost your password and follow the instructions provided. Please note that for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

What payment methods does SoxLinks accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept all major credit cards through our payments processor, 2Checkout.com. No card information is stored on our servers or in our databases; this information, and its security, is guaranteed by our payment processor, so you may enter your information without hesitation. Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to further protect the transmission of your personal and financial information; you may read more on this in our terms & conditions.

Since our payments processor, 2Checkout.com, is based in USA, your bank or credit card issuer may block your card if it is not enabled for international transactions. This may result in an error on the payment screen. We recommend that you contact your bank in this case, or choose an alternate payment method.

If your order’s delivery is to be made within Pakistan, Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer are also available as options. If you opt for Cash on Delivery, please pay cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order; please ensure that you have the exact amount at hand since our courier partner’s delivery agents may not carry change/petty cash.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
